First day on the Camino. 27 miles, 4600 feet, 9 hours. They say it’s the toughest one. Today only 13 miles and flat. Praying for Trinity along the way. In Ronsesvalle. Reminded me of Trinity’s intermittent guests.Stunning poppies..God creates good stuff..This little chapel had a flyer for Taizé service.Beautiful cathedral in Leon today. Went to mass…In Spanish, but I could understand snippets..organ was fantastic. Tina and the choir would have filled the place with music if they could be here.Usually at least one stork nest on every church we encounter. Sometimes as many as four.Over halfway now! Have been in some amazing churches..I pray for all at Trinity. Will be in Leon in two more days. Taking naps every afternoon. Feet good.A woman gave us two branches of wonderful ripe cherries from her tree yesterday. Love to all.
