Blessing of the Animals
The annual Holy Trinity Blessing of the Animals will be held at the Pioneer Park Bandshell in Nevada City. The Blessing is held in honor of St. Francis of Assisi, the Italian Friar whose gentle compassion for animals is well known and for our relationship with all of God’s creatures. Advent Dinner
Social hour is at 5 pm, with dinner at 6:00 and carols afterwards. A $20 donation per person is suggested. The dinner includes an entree, wine, coffee and tea. Guests are asked to bring an appetizer, salad/side dish, or dessert.
