The Point

Book Study

You Are What You Love: The Spiritual Power of Habit Join Chip and Peggy Arenchild for this once-a-month study when we will consider the “liturgies” that drive our lives; looking at what we love and how it influences us daily.  The book is available for free on Hoopla through the Nevada County Library. Ash Wednesday

Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of Lent and our internal focus on our personal life as a people of faith. This service offers a somber tone reflective of the season and the imposition of ashes with the words, “Remember you are dust, and to dust you shall return.”
