Holy Trinity Parishioners:
Fr. Brad will be helping out the Diocese by presiding at the Fallen Leaf Lake chapel on the weekend of August 28th. Due to a scheduling conflict, the chapel there would be left without a Priest, and we are happy to have Fr. Brad help out.
And, while this is good for the Diocese, it’s also good for us! (Keep reading). These times away from Trinity for Fr. Brad give us a chance to “test” ourselves for his upcoming sabbatical, ensuring we have things organized and planned to limit the disruption that may occur. We are working on a detailed plan for the obviously longer and more significant absence and are using events like this long weekend away to help reveal where we may need to add more resources or document additional processes.
In the meantime, from 8/25 to 8/29, Rob Stepp will be the primary Point of Contact for Holy Trinity. Or, you can contact any of the following Vestry members with specific questions:
- Larry Hoy: Buildings & Grounds
- Randy Chilton and Todd Hoida: Outreach-Tuesday Night Dinners
- Laura Pare: Altar Guild, Hospitality
For Sunday the 28th, The Rev. Dr. David Davidson-Methot will be our celebrant and preacher and we say thank you to him for leading us that morning.
Thank you all for your support, flexibility, and prayers for our parish.
